FLS-6000 Slurry Pumps
For Safe, Reliable Pumping of High Temperature Abrasive Slurries

FLS Pump

Designed to meet the requirements of API-610 9th edition, the Lawrence FLS-6000 slurry pump employs wear resistant hard metal liners that completely protect the ASME pressure containing casing from abrasive wear when handling high temperature slurries such as those found in refineries, synfuel and mineral processing plants.

The FLS-6000 pump is a horizontal, centerline supported, overhung shaft, single stage radially split case slurry pump that has been designed and manufactured to meet the intent of API standard 610. The mechanical seals and API seal support systems fully comply with API 682.

Replaceable Metal Liners contain the high velocity slurry and safely protect the API pressure retaining shell of the pump from erosive wear. Impellers last two to three times as long as standard API pump parts in similar services and our casing liners last almost five times as long. Additionally, our casing liners are a fraction of the replacement cost of an API pump pressure casing. Wear parts are available in a wide range of erosion and/or corrosion resistant materials to meet most application requirements.

* High Chromium White Irons
* Austenitic and Super Austenitic Stainless Steels
* Martensitic Stainless Steels
* Nickel Base Alloys
* Precipitation Hardening Stainless Steels

The Lawrence Pump Fully-line slurry Pump is designed so that multiple hydraulic sizes are available for each pressure shell providing flexibility for future debottlenecking projects.
