Axial Flow Circulators for Polyolefins Loop Reactors
LPI has been manufacturing Axial Flow Pumps for more than 50 years and Propeller
Pumps for Polyolefins Production for more than 25 years. Today LPI is
recognized worldwide as both a high quality manufacturer and a technological innovator of Axial
Flow Propeller Pumps for Polyolefins production. Since the mid 1970's, when
LPI developed its first loop reactor pump design, LPI's Axial Flow Pump technology has
evolved significantly.
To respond to the challenges of advanced and evolving Polyolefins processing, LPI
continues to engineer and manufacture a wide range of high performance custom
pumps. Innovative, industry-proven technologies and numerous design options ensure
that every LPI Axial Flow Pump meets and/or exceeds each customer's performance
criteria for reliability, efficiency and environmental safety.
Testing and Advancement
LPI maintains a fully equipped, simulated test loop with a full scale 24"
Reactor Circulator Propeller Pump. This test loop is dedicated to developing
advanced hydraulic and mechanical capabilities to meet our customers'
advanced process needs and to help them achieve the highest throughput,
productivity, and reliability possible.
